The product I ordered was apparently out of stock. It was almost a week before I was notified and refunded. So that's a week of waiting for nothing and I now have to wait for another supplier to send me some while the slugs have a field day on my plants.
Your system should surely not accept an order for items out of stock or at least next day cancel/refund
