Plants arrived damaged. I contacted Grasslands immediately: via phone and email. I also sent images. Over the course of six days I was first told to plant them anyway, asked to send more images and told a manager would be consulted. I asked for the plants to be returned. I wasn’t offered a refund or replacement.
I’m an avid gardener who very regularly buys plants - mostly directly in-person from garden nurseries, but I’ve made about half a dozen online purchases. I never had to ask for a replacement or refund.
The customer service I received is really disappointing.
