I bought some plants which were delivered on the 19 of February this year.
I was very impressed with the quality of the plants but found that one of the peonies I had ordered was replaced with another which was very different in form and size. Instead of a 2 litre pot of Alexander Fleming, I had a 11cm pot of Paeonia lactiflora ‘Nymphe'. I have emailed 3 times ( 20th, 22nd and 29th February ) to say that I didn't like the replacement peony which was sent without my consent ( contrary to your terms and conditions), and asked for a replacement Alexander Fleming ( which according to your website was in stock) or a full refund. I have not had a reply to my email of 29 February yet.
Please would you sort it out. I had planned to buy more plants from your nursery when we received the order on the 19th because they were such good quality but, I am afraid the lack of Customer support has put me off.
