Very nice quality root ball laurel plants ordered and delivered promptly. My only issue that I was only advised of the delivery on the day and was never provided with any delivery day options. As a result the plants were left on a pallet on my driveway whilst I was out and which I found when I returned home. This was an order in excess of £400 so I think this aspect or the order could have been handled better otherwise a 5 star review would have been provided
