I purchased 9 Portuguese Laurel, 2 Bamboos and various bags of compost for delivery to south west Scotland. The online ordering was straightforward and prices were extremely reasonable. Delivery was free for an order over £400 (some postcodes excluded). The items arrived on a pallet and were well packed and secure. The laurels were rooted in string bags with enough soil to keep them healthy for the journey and the bamboo were in pots. All in great condition. They are now planted in metal tubs and doing well. If there were an area I would improve on it would be communication. I did not receive any delivery info until I chased after a week. The customer service were great once I got in touch.
