I ordered 2 Ilex Cranata Ilex spirals - they arrived a lot wider than shown on the website.
I paid £288.50 including £30 post and packing - however when they arrived they were too wide for the size I had available and so had to reject the delivery....they charged me £95 for the items to be returned and for the 2 items to be put back 'into stock' and refused to refund back the £30 initial postage..so I am now £125 out of pocket for the reverse transaction.
I have been in touch with them but they refuse to budge.
