I ordered 9 x portugeuse Laurels, they arrived on a lorry, with no supporting packaging, and were dropped onto my drive causing multiple small branches to break. When planting and releasing the cloth netting, the soil and roots were bone dry. The plants were good quality, but needed a lot more care and attention in packaging and delivery driver.
