I can't review something I haven't received.
My order was made, acknowledged, and the money taken from my card on 17 October.
It is now 1 November and I have heard nothing further.
I rang and was told that I would be contacted by today with a delivery date. I have still heard nothing. Just what kind of customer service is that supposed to be?
